ClubPassport app for iPhone and iPad

Through your own secure Club Passport account, ClubPassport allows you to record, submit and track the volunteer activities you have completed at your club, and manage the Passport Points you have earned by completing these activities. Most importantly, it ensures that your club and association recognise the time and effort you put in through volunteering.
ClubPassport’s friendly user interface, simple registration process, and features such as ClubMessage make it easy to keep informed with what’s happening at your club and where your club needs you most.
ClubPassport allows you to easily:
- Register with the Club Passport clubs you are currently involved with;
- Check which volunteer activities your club is offering to earn Points;
- Record the volunteer activities you have completed;
- Redeem the points you have earned for items at your club;
- Monitor your Passport Point balance across multiple clubs;
- View which areas of your club you can donate your points to by checking the ClubQuests available; and
- Transfer points to other club members.

ClubPassport features
MY PASSPORTS
- View a summary of your Passport account at each Club Passport club you are involved in.
- Includes your current points, points pending, and points earned and spent.
- The last activity you logged, the last item you redeemed and the total number of points you have earned since joining the program will also be visible on this page.

ADD POINTS
- Lists the activities you can complete to earn Passport Points at your club and their point value.
- Once you have completed an activity, you simply select the activity from the list and enter the date it was completed.
- Once your activity claim has been verified by your Club Passport Coordinator, the points will enter your Passport account. You will also receive email confirmation that your claim has been approved.
REDEEM POINTS
- Browse and purchase items at the club with the points you have earned through volunteering.
- Each item has a point value and can range from canteen items to uniforms and travel assistance for competition.
- You can make part payments off larger items using your points.
TRANSFER POINTS
- If you do not want to keep your points, you can transfer points from your Passport account to a fellow club member’s Passport account.
- Personalise your donation by attaching a message to the recipient.
CLUBQUEST
- ClubQuests are fundraising targets, designed for the benefit of the entire club or for individuals where special assistance is required.
- Use ClubPassport to view these ClubQuests, and support them by donating points you have earned.
- Personalise your donation by attaching a message to the recipient.

CLUBMESSAGES
- This is where your club will post general information regarding activities; club events; ClubQuests; team results; special volunteering efforts of individuals or groups; and bonus activities or tasks where volunteers are required.

REPORTS
- The information you provide through ClubPassport helps develop meaningful progress reports for your club and association. This information is important in helping grow the program in your club and association and assists in improving your experience as a volunteer.

DATA, SECURITY, BACKUPS AND SYNCING
- All the data on your app is synced and saved on your Club’s Passport Administration site should your phone be damaged or lost.
- Data is supported by a secure site and protected by your unique username and password.

ClubPassport and associated functions are supported through the CDF, your state sports association and your club.
